About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Specialist to join our team in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on handling phone inquiries, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction for our U.S. client base.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty at every touchpoint.
- Document interactions and follow up as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer support with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional call handling.
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night‑shift hours (3 pm – 2 am local time).
