About the role
Yegna Microfinance Institution is seeking a Director of Marketing & Customer Experience to lead its marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer journey. This senior position will be based at the organization’s headquarters in Addis Ababa.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of relevant banking or micro‑finance experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior or managerial position.
- MA/BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
