Product Design Assistant

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a motivated Product Design Assistant to help create seamless user experiences and engaging visual content. This fully remote position offers the chance to work alongside senior designers and a fast‑growing creative team while sharpening your UI/UX and motion‑graphics skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual assets for web and mobile using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Support senior designers in refining UI/UX designs based on feedback, brand guidelines, and user data.
• Create light motion graphics or short videos for product pages, tutorials, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent design implementation.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Conduct basic competitor research and contribute ideas to improve user engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related design roles (including freelance or internships).
• Portfolio showcasing digital design work, preferably with UI/UX, app interfaces, dashboards, e‑commerce pages, and motion content.
• Strong visual sense, user empathy, detail‑oriented mindset, and a collaborative work style.
