Remote Voice Assistant Tester (Up to $20/hr)

About the role

We are looking for participants in East and West Africa to help evaluate a voice‑assistant AI. The role is fully remote and involves short, real‑world interactions with the assistant over a week.

Key responsibilities

• Make five phone calls to the voice assistant within approximately one week.
• Ask genuine questions about health, work, learning, or practical matters.
• Keep each call between 5 and 15 minutes and let it end naturally.
• Complete a brief survey after each call to provide detailed feedback.
• Share overall observations to help improve the assistant’s performance.

Required profile

• 18 years or older and residing in Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, or Nigeria.
• Fluent in English and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Willing to consent to call recording for evaluation.
• Using a feature phone or a smartphone with limited or no data plan.
• No prior experience with AI assistants required.

• Compensation of $10–$20 per hour, paid per completed call and survey.
• All call costs are covered; participants incur no expense.
• Flexible schedule – only 2–3 hours per week.
