About the role
Reality Real Estate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Addis Ababa. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue through luxury residential and commercial property sales, while strengthening client relationships and market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyse market trends and generate reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain and expand client relationships, representing the company at networking events.
- Support the team in closing high‑value real‑estate transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and solving problems.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
