Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

About the role

Enat Bank is seeking a Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to drive new customer acquisition and retain existing high‑value clients. The role focuses on building strong relationships, mobilising deposits, foreign currency and share capital, and expanding the bank’s high‑value customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while retaining existing high‑value clients.
• Build and maintain high‑end customer relationships to mobilise deposits, foreign currency and share capital.
• Conduct follow‑ups on acquisition and retention initiatives and understand individual client needs to develop proposals.
• Perform business reviews based on the customer relationship program and continuously seek ways to improve acquisition processes.
• Assess emerging business areas, propose new ideas based on market analysis, and innovate methods for attracting financial resources.
• Execute any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5.5 years of experience in relevant fields, with at least 2 years in a comparable officer position within the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing & Communication, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop proposals and expand high‑value customer bases.
