About the role
Oromia Bank is seeking a qualified professional to lead its Architectural & Engineering Design team. The role involves overseeing design projects and ensuring high standards of construction management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Management competencies: Building Team, Decision Quality, Drive for Result, Planning, Priority Setting.
- Core competencies: Continuous Learning, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust, Perseverance, Teamwork.
- Functional competencies: Construction Management, Construction Cost Management, Architecture and Value Management.
