Affiliate Manager – iGaming (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and manage affiliate partnerships for an international iGaming product, focusing on the Burkina Faso and Ethiopian markets. The role is fully remote and involves building traffic sources and driving player acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates, webmasters and local partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, negotiating commercial terms and managing deals.
• Drive traffic and player acquisition in the target markets.
• Discover new traffic sources such as Telegram, influencers, streams, SEO, and local communities.
• Analyse partner performance and optimise cooperation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in affiliate management within iGaming, betting or gambling.
• Strong knowledge of the Burkina Faso market (or Ethiopia) and an existing network of local affiliates, webmasters or influencers.
• Ability to independently find and develop new partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of affiliate models such as RevShare, CPA and Hybrid.
• Experience working with various traffic sources.
