About the role

Goh Betoch Bank S.C is seeking a Branch Manager for its Bahir Dar branch. This permanent position oversees the branch’s daily banking operations, ensuring service quality and meeting performance targets. The role reports to the Human Capital and Supply Chain Management Department at the head office. Founded by 11 visionary bankers, investors and academicians, Goh Betoch Bank S.C is Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank, created to address the country’s housing backlog and financing challenges. The Branch Manager will play a key role in delivering the bank’s mission to provide affordable housing finance and improve financial inclusion.

Required profile

Minimum BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in banking operations.
