Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers in companies that could benefit from AI‑assisted hiring.
• Present Flowmingo’s platform, highlighting time‑saving and fairness benefits.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation and adoption process.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve product and partner programs.
• Manage your own pipeline and earn commissions based on the premium revenue you bring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or talent acquisition.
• Strong network within the hiring or HR technology space.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
