Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to deliver concierge‑level service to shoppers. You will turn everyday customer interactions into sales opportunities, recover lost revenue, and help grow the brand’s e‑commerce presence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to answer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and bundling opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value.
• Handle subscription recovery, win‑backs, and abandoned‑cart assistance to boost retention.
• Manage order‑related issues such as tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain brand voice and service standards in every interaction.
• Record accurate customer data, track feedback trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to persuade and convert leads through strong relationship‑building.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience with CRM tools or customer engagement platforms.
