About the role

The Customer Service Officer I provides front‑office support at a bank branch, handling customer enquiries, account maintenance and cash/non‑cash transactions.

Key responsibilities

Make and check front‑office customer service support at the branch.
Handle and check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions while responding to customer enquiries.
Process cash and non‑cash transactions and address all customer requests at the branch.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
At least one year of relevant experience in a bank.

Required skills

Understanding of basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of the bank's accounting procedures.
Ability to respond to client enquiries, provide advice and resolve most issues.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the core banking system.
