Data, Economic & Impact Analyst

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The Non‑Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst will contribute to strengthening cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector by providing data‑driven analysis, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Support data and economic analysis for programme activities.
• Conduct monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) tasks, including indicator tracking.
• Perform impact assessments and synthesize evidence.
• Carry out evidence synthesis and indicator monitoring.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Provide results reporting and support evidence‑based decision making.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and dashboard preparation.
