About the role

Lefayda Credit & Saving S.C., established June 2007, licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia, is a micro‑finance institution dedicated to stimulating the middle‑class economy through quality customer service, timely loan processing and innovative IT solutions. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the institution’s mission to empower clients. The role involves managing the institution’s portfolio of savings and loan products tailored to individuals, businesses, women, youth and families, and ensuring financial reporting aligns with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous adaptation of products to meet specific financial requirements of the clientele.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution such as a micro‑finance, bank or insurance company.
At least 3 years in a financial relation position.
BA degree in accounting or MBA in finance from a recognized institution.
