Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will work on‑site in Addis Ababa, creating visual materials for print and advertising. This full‑time position involves translating concepts into ready‑to‑print artwork while collaborating with senior designers and the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce layouts, logos, and branded assets for print and advertising projects.
• Prepare files for printing, ensuring correct colour profiles and specifications.
• Apply typography best practices, managing font selection, hierarchy, and layout.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and adhere to client guidelines.
• Receive feedback, make revisions, and support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong foundational skills in graphic design for clear, visually compelling print materials.
• Ability to develop and refine logo and branding elements that match client identity.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand and technical specifications.
• Openness to constructive feedback and effective communication within a fast‑paced production environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
