About the role
Global Bank Ethiopia is committed to innovative, accessible services and quality customer service, supporting community members as trustworthy partners. The Manager, Ethics & Anti‑Corruption Division will lead the bank’s efforts to uphold integrity, prevent misconduct, and ensure compliance with anti‑corruption policies. This permanent, onsite position is based at the Head Office.
Required profile
- Education: MSc or BSc in Law, Business Administration, Management, Ethics, Compliance, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- At least 3 years in a managerial position or equivalent.
