About the role

The organization is seeking a senior professional to lead both administration and finance functions. The Director will oversee human‑resource management, salary structures, professional development, and the overall financial strategy of the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement finance strategies, budgeting, cash‑flow management and capital allocation.
• Manage human‑resource policies, job classification, salary scales and staff development programs.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, internal controls, audit compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Finance, Management, Business Administration or Economics.
• Minimum experience: 8 years for a first degree, 6 years for a second degree, or 4 years for a third degree, with continuous relevant work experience.
