About the role
The Sales Representative Pharma Portfolio will drive territory sales growth, promote pharmaceutical products through scientific engagement, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Ethiopia.
Key responsibilities
- Drive territory performance and achieve sales, market share and profitability targets.
- Build strategic customer partnerships and deliver scientific promotion to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity and support product launches.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm) with a professional license in Ethiopia.
- 2–5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in sexual and reproductive health or related fields.
Required skills
- Relationship management and negotiation.
- Data‑driven decision making and analytical reporting.
- Use of digital tools, CRM platforms and sales analytics.
