Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel Specialist (On‑site)

About the role
HibLink Tech is seeking a detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant with hands‑on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) to support both client projects and internal operations. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Addis Ababa with shift hours from 3:00 pm to 2:00 am local time. The role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and continuously update the GoHighLevel CRM platform.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Contact leads via email, SMS and phone to nurture prospects.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
- Provide general administrative and customer support as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Coachable, collaborative team player.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
