Accountant

About the role

OLY Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records and support the company’s financial health. The role involves preparing financial statements, handling bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Maintain bookkeeping records and ensure proper entry in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and file tax returns.
• Implement internal control procedures to safeguard assets.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws and accounting standards.
• Ability to analyse financial data and produce meaningful reports.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
