About the role

We are looking for an experienced manual TIG welder to lead the manufacturing process of welded steel structures. The role involves coordinating production, managing workforce allocation, and ensuring that the plant meets its targets on time, within quality standards and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Full coordination and direction of the manufacturing process.
• Efficient scheduling of production capacity and workforce.
• Ensure plant operation meets production goals, order deadlines, quality requirements and cost limits.
• Propose and support development of manufacturing technology.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience in a single‑piece or low‑volume production environment.
• Proficiency in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes and manufacturing technology.
• At least a mid‑level technical qualification.
• Additional advantage for candidates with a welding technologist qualification or higher technical education.
