Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB

About the role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB will lead business development activities for the branch, focusing on attracting and deepening financial relationships to achieve deposit and Interest‑Free Financing growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, lead and control business development initiatives within the assigned region.
• Attract, deepen and manage customer relationships to meet deposit and IFB growth goals.
• Promote and cross‑sell the bank’s full range of products and services to existing clients.
• Drive overall business growth for the bank in the IFB market segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, engagement and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and query optimisation.
• Solid knowledge of database technologies (relational, NoSQL, cloud).
• Understanding of middleware technologies and application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, IIS, Apache Tomcat, IBM MQ and Apache HTTP.
• Experience in monitoring database and middleware performance.
