About the role

Bunna Insurance S.C., a leading Ethiopian general and long‑term insurance provider established in 2013, is looking for a Grade II Branch Manager to join its team in Addis Ababa. The company has grown its paid‑up capital to over Birr 200 million, serves more than 50 000 customers nationwide, and operates 35 branches across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the branch’s day‑to‑day operations, driving business growth, and upholding the company’s standards of service and compliance.

Required profile

Education: BA or MA degree in Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Five to seven years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the insurance, finance, or related sectors.
