Brand Concierge – E‑commerce Sales & Order Support (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Brand Concierge to guide customers through their purchasing journey, recover missed sales, and deliver a high‑touch, personalized experience. This virtual assistant role focuses on driving conversions, upselling, and maintaining long‑term brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS to assist with orders, product inquiries, and post‑purchase needs.
• Identify and execute upselling, cross‑selling, and bundling opportunities to increase average order value.
• Support subscription recovery, win‑backs, abandoned‑cart assistance, and other sales‑related touchpoints.
• Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations while seeking retention opportunities.
• Represent the brand voice with a concierge‑level experience on every interaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and share insights to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and optimize conversion processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to persuade, build relationships, and convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable PC or laptop (i5 or higher) and stable internet (≥25 Mbps).
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Use of customer engagement platforms.
