Brewery HR Manager – Kilinto

About the role

The Brewery HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to the Supply Chain Department and Heineken Breweries, creating value for both employees and the organization. The role focuses on shaping culture, driving DEI, and ensuring an excellent employee experience across the Kilinto brewery.

Key responsibilities

• Shape culture and drive DEI initiatives across the brewery, including diverse hiring panels and gender‑balanced shortlists.
• Lead talent attraction, retention and development, ensuring systematic exit interviews for women and providing facilities such as lactation rooms.
• Coach people managers on inclusive leadership, conduct listening sessions, and maintain the SPEAK UP process to prevent harassment.
• Partner with brewery leadership on performance management, succession planning and strategic workforce planning aligned with Heineken global guidelines.
• Manage employee relations, represent Heineken in union negotiations, and ensure compliance with local labour law and human‑rights policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years progressive HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or FMCG environments.
• Proven experience handling labour‑union relations, employee grievances and industrial‑relations matters.
• Strong business acumen, high integrity and ability to coach senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in an international organization is an advantage.
