Business Intelligence & Data Governance Specialist

About the role

The Specialist – Business Intelligence & Data Governance will lead the delivery of business intelligence solutions and data‑governance frameworks across both internal and external business units. Working closely with BI and Data Governance Business Partners, the role champions analytics projects that generate deep customer insights, support data‑driven decision making, and enhance operational performance throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and rollout of BI solutions that meet the needs of diverse business units.
• Develop, maintain and enforce data‑governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external Business Partners to identify analytics opportunities.
• Champion analytics projects that produce actionable customer insights.
• Support data‑driven decision making by providing reliable reporting and dashboards.
• Monitor and improve operational performance through data‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering BI solutions and data‑governance initiatives.
• Ability to work across internal and external business units.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on generating customer insights.
