Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead daily operations, align teams, and drive productivity across our technology consulting practice. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations and ensure execution of company goals.
• Manage and mentor team leads and managers, providing guidance and accountability.
• Develop, refine, and implement operational processes, workflows, and internal policies.
• Monitor project progress, team performance, and key organizational metrics.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Support employee development, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable culture while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement efficiency solutions.
• Facilitate cross‑team communication and alignment of goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, business management or a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing managers, team leads or cross‑functional teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
