Business Relationship Manager – Interest Free Microfinance

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager will support Yegna Microfinance Institution’s interest‑free lending operations by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This permanent, onsite position is based in Addis Ababa and offers a competitive salary within a conducive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain business relationships with micro‑finance clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor client portfolios and ensure compliance with the institution’s interest‑free policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and service delivery.
• Prepare and present reports on relationship performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of overall work experience.
• At least 1 year in a senior position within banking or micro‑finance.
• MA/B.A degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking & Finance or a related field.
