Change Management and Partnership Officer

About the role

Enat Bank is seeking a Change Management and Partnership Officer to support the implementation of strategic projects and to develop and manage key partnerships that enhance the bank’s growth and its focus on women’s financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Support change management activities for strategic projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
• Identify change risks and resistance points, and create mitigation plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to promote buy‑in for new initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions and report progress.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on change management initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including banks, fintechs, government agencies, NGOs, and private‑sector players.
• Assist in drafting collaboration agreements and memorandums of understanding.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Track partnership performance metrics and report results regularly.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the bank’s readiness for Ethiopia’s upcoming capital market environment and foreign bank entry.

Required profile

• Minimum 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
