Commission-Based ERP Sales & Consulting Partner

About the role

GEZANA Enterprise Technology is looking for a motivated and results‑driven B2B Sales & Marketing Partner to help expand the market for GEZANA ERP and our digital solutions across Ethiopia. GEZANA ERP is a unified enterprise platform connecting Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Fixed Assets, Fleet, Maintenance, Projects, and other business operations in one integrated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
• Build relationships with companies, institutions, and organizations.
• Present GEZANA ERP and conduct product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Support targeted marketing activities and market development.
• Gather customer and market feedback to improve positioning.
• Work closely with the GEZANA product and implementation teams.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to identify decision‑makers and build long‑term business relationships.
• Experience selling ERP, enterprise software, technology, or professional services is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Ethiopian business environment.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Existing business networks and relationships are a strong advantage.
