About the role

The consultancy will lead the final evaluation of the COHERENCE programme in Ethiopia, assessing its impact on social cohesion, rural economic development and disaster risk reduction.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement the evaluation methodology in line with the terms of reference.
Collect, analyse and triangulate quantitative and qualitative data from the targeted kebeles.
Produce a comprehensive evaluation report with findings, lessons learned and recommendations for future programming.

Required profile

Proven experience in program evaluation within humanitarian or development contexts.
Familiarity with the triple‑nexus approach and rural development interventions.
Experience working in Ethiopia or comparable settings, with knowledge of local stakeholder dynamics.

Required skills

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) methodology and tools.
Data collection, statistical analysis and report writing.
