Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator will join Sidraq Valuation & Contracts in Addis Ababa to manage the full lifecycle of contracts with clients, suppliers and partners. This full-time, on-site position ensures agreements are accurate, compliant and aligned with company policies, supporting smooth execution and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain contracts, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
• Coordinate contract approvals and track key dates, obligations and renewal milestones.
• Support negotiations with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Collaborate with procurement and valuation teams to draft clear, well-structured agreements.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and contract records.

Required profile

• Experience in contract administration, legal support or procurement, preferably in corporate, real-estate or investment settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients, partners and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using contract management software.
