About the role

The Control Room CCTV Operator ensures the smooth and effective daily operation of the control room by monitoring surveillance systems, reporting incidents, and maintaining service levels under the supervision of the Corporate Security Manager.

Key responsibilities

Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, recording equipment and footage storage.
Maintain control‑room hardware such as monitors, radios, telephones and computers.
Conduct continuous surveillance, catalog and retrieve footage as needed.
Monitor alarm systems and respond promptly to alerts.
Detect and report suspicious activities according to SOPs.
Prepare daily system status and incident reports for management.
Maintain incident logs and escalate issues quickly.
Support the security team during incidents and emergencies.
Liaise with law enforcement when CCTV evidence is required.

Required profile

Formal education in any discipline.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of surveillance and incident‑management systems.

Required skills
