Creative Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Creative Digital Marketing Supervisor will own the creative and digital side of our marketing, leading a small team to produce high‑quality content across multiple channels. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Addis Ababa and combines graphic design, video production, website management and digital campaign oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns on social media, search, email and SMS.
• Develop and lead the content strategy and monthly calendar for all brands and channels.
• Create and oversee graphic design assets such as social posts, brand identity materials, packaging visuals, posters, billboards and brochures.
• Plan, shoot and edit videos including brand stories, product demos, promos, reels and short‑form content.
• Manage paid advertising budgets, audience targeting and performance reporting to maximise ROI.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, experiment with new tools and formats, and report on marketing activities to leadership.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of progressive experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing and video production.
• Proven experience managing and leading a small creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, video and digital campaign work.
• Good knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing practices.

Required skills

• Design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma.
• Video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut.
• Digital marketing tools: Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media schedulers, email marketing platforms.
• AI tools for content, design, video and campaign optimisation.
• Website platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Wix; basic HTML/CSS and SEO knowledge.
