Customer Advocate (Inbound Sales)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking remote Customer Advocates who combine empathetic support with inbound sales for e‑commerce partners. You will interact with shoppers via chat, email and phone, helping them find products and driving conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with shoppers through chat, email and phone to provide product recommendations and bundle suggestions.
• Use deep knowledge of brand identity and product line to influence purchase decisions.
• Process returns and tracking inquiries while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Maintain brand tone, voice and service standards in every interaction.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall growth of partner brands.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer support experience with a focus on sales or upselling.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps download/upload) and a PC with at least an Intel i5 processor.
• Strong empathy, patience and persuasive communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a 100 % remote environment.
