Customer Experience Sales Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Customer Experience Sales Specialist to blend premium customer service with revenue generation. You will act as the primary point of contact for shoppers, turning inquiries into sales and fostering long‑term loyalty in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone, email, live chat and SMS, providing personalized product recommendations.
• Drive revenue by upselling, cross‑selling and creating product bundles to raise average order value.
• Recover abandoned carts, retain subscriptions and execute win‑back campaigns to boost customer lifetime value.
• Handle post‑purchase issues such as order tracking, returns and exchanges while identifying repeat‑purchase opportunities.
• Document interactions accurately and share feedback to improve sales and support processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer support and sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling abilities.
• Experience with phone, email and live‑chat support channels.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑moving remote setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of help‑desk or customer‑engagement software.
