Customer Support Intern (E‑Tutors City)

About the role

Bright Techno Tonic (BTT) is seeking a motivated Customer Support Intern to join the E‑Tutors City team in Addis Ababa. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and prospective users, handling inquiries across multiple channels and supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students, parents, and potential customers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms.
• Collect, organize, and enter customer information and feedback into the CRM.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with registration, bookings, payments, and platform‑related questions.
• Record all interactions and follow‑up activities in the CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data‑entry abilities.
• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call‑center environments is a plus but not mandatory.
