Data Officer – Pharmacovigilance

About the role

ProductLife Group (PLG) is seeking a Data Officer to support its pharmacovigilance activities across the product lifecycle. You will ensure safety data is accurately captured, processed, and reported in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform triage, review, and data entry of pharmacovigilance cases.
• Process and maintain Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) according to regulations and internal SOPs.
• Support the submission of ICSR data to health authorities, clients, and partners.
• Manage and monitor assigned pharmacovigilance mailboxes.
• Follow up with consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to obtain missing safety information.
• Carry out XEVMPD‑related activities and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across safety databases.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance data entry within a post‑marketing environment.
• Proven experience handling and processing ICSR cases and XEVMPD activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
