About the role

We are looking for a Defense Division Manager to lead the Defense Division of Nile Insurance Company S.C. based in Addis Ababa. The role involves overseeing legal and insurance operations within the division and ensuring compliance with commercial, corporate and insurance law.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Defense Division, ensuring effective delivery of services.
  • Coordinate legal and regulatory matters related to commercial, corporate and insurance law.
  • Supervise senior staff and provide strategic direction.

Required profile

  • Law degree (LLB) with specialization in commercial, corporate or insurance law.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 9 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role.
