About the role

The Digital Banking & Interfacing Officer is responsible for the daily operation and support of the bank's digital channels, including online banking, mobile applications, and related services. This role ensures a seamless experience for customers accessing banking services through digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

Manage and support online banking and mobile app functionalities.
Oversee mobile and online deposit processes.
Facilitate digital account opening and online loan applications.
Maintain and update the bank’s website and digital interfaces.
Collaborate with IT and banking teams to resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital banking or related IT roles.
Demonstrated integrity and strong communication abilities.
Good knowledge of banking operations and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
