Digital Banking Operation Officer

About the role

The Digital Banking Operation Officer is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and support of the bank’s digital channels, including online banking, mobile applications, and related services such as mobile deposit, online account opening, and loan applications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the performance of online banking platforms and mobile apps.
• Process and resolve digital transaction issues, including deposits and loan applications.
• Ensure the bank website and digital services are up‑to‑date and secure.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to implement enhancements and new features.
• Provide operational support for digital account opening and customer onboarding.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital banking operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and customer service principles.
