Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, launch and optimise digital campaigns across multiple online channels to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads. This full‑time, on‑site position in Addis Ababa works closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media profiles, create and schedule content, and engage audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web‑analytics data to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights and working with teams.
• Ability to handle several projects in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
• Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving digital trends and tools.
