Digital Marketing Specialist – Onsite in Addis Ababa

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Addis Ababa office. The role will lead multi‑channel campaigns, turn performance insights into actionable strategies, and drive measurable growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across social, web and paid media.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, on‑page/off‑page optimisation and technical SEO improvements.
• Manage Meta Ads and other paid advertising initiatives, ensuring ROI through smart budgeting and testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and scale reach.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, online marketing and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret web analytics data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• SEO (technical, on‑page, off‑page, link building, Core Web Vitals).
• Web analytics tools: GA4, Google Search Console.
• SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Meta Ads and paid advertising platforms.
• Content marketing, email marketing, landing page optimisation and CRO.
