Digital Marketing Specialist – Strong SEO Focus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead our SEO initiatives and act as a strategic liaison between our internal team and clients. The role combines hands‑on technical SEO work with broader digital marketing responsibilities to drive organic growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, and implement fixes for crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
• Collaborate with clients to present strategies, report performance, and translate complex SEO concepts into clear business terms.
• Analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage multiple client accounts independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on SEO.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, on‑page/off‑page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, link building, site architecture, and search intent.
• Proven ability to improve traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue through SEO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading client conversations and building trust.
• Experience using AI tools for SEO research, content optimization, data analysis, and automation.
