Disability Inclusion Knowledge Management Consultant (Remote, 3 months)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking an International Consultant to lead a short‑term knowledge‑management project focused on disability inclusion in Ethiopia. The consultant will work remotely for three months, consolidating existing guidance, tools and resources into a user‑friendly SharePoint library and producing practical outputs for immediate programme use.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and organise all disability‑inclusion materials currently stored across SharePoint, OneDrive, programme folders and presentations.
• Design and implement a structured internal SharePoint library that is easy to navigate for staff and future recruits.
• Develop an assistive‑technology roadmap to support livelihood interventions under the Mastercard Foundation project.
• Create an onboarding package for specialist‑level and senior recruits joining the disability‑inclusion portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Social Policy Chief, LNOB team, programme sections, field offices and operations as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in social studies, economics, law, public administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in knowledge management, disability inclusion or related humanitarian programmes.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to produce clear, accessible documentation.
• Excellent written English; ability to translate technical content into user‑friendly formats.
