E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to boost revenue by re‑engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. This fully remote position offers the chance to turn conversations into conversions while working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via email, SMS, and live chat to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward optimal solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM or customer engagement platforms.
