About the role

TalentPop is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to boost revenue by re‑engaging shoppers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via email, SMS, and live chat to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward optimal solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues quickly, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or online customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e‑commerce background a plus).
• Strong persuasive communication and a natural ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable thriving in a remote, fast‑moving setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM or customer‑engagement platforms.
