About the role

We are seeking an E‑Commerce Sales Specialist to join TalentPop App’s remote team. In this role you will turn customer conversations into measurable sales conversions, helping the company grow its online revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

Identify and recover revenue opportunities through proactive outreach.
Engage customers via chat, email or phone to understand needs and present relevant product solutions.
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales tactics with campaign objectives.
Track performance metrics and report on conversion rates and sales outcomes.

Results‑driven sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently as part of a distributed team.
