E‑Commerce Sales Specialist – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Sales Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this role you will turn customer conversations into measurable sales outcomes, helping to grow revenue and strengthen long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through chat, email, and phone to identify sales opportunities.
• Drive conversion of leads into orders by presenting product benefits and addressing objections.
• Recover lost or abandoned sales by following up on previous interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer insights and improve the sales funnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce or online sales, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to adapt to fast‑changing priorities and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
