About the role

We’re hiring an ERP Software Sales Representative. BelTech Solutions is looking for a motivated professional to help grow its Odoo, ERPNext, and custom ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

Identify and reach potential business clients.
Present ERP solutions and understand client needs.
Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with prospects.
Prepare proposals and support the sales process.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

Sales experience, preferably in software/ERP.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of business processes and ERP solutions.
Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated.
Odoo/ERPNext knowledge is a plus.
